Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness treatments, all services are non-refundable. We take the time to discuss your goals, review your medical history, and create a customized treatment plan. Prepaid Packages & Deposits

All prepaid service packages, series, and deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue a package for medical reasons, a credit for unused treatments may be issued to your account for future services. This requires documentation from a licensed healthcare provider.

Retail Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an in-store credit only. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, unless defective.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be applied toward any service or product offered at eK Aesthetics & Wellness.
