Cancellation Policy
At eK Aesthetics and Wellness, we value your time and the time of our providers. To ensure we provide the best experience possible for every guest, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Reschedules:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your spot to another client.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice (no-shows) are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
